Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) #
- The minimum order quantity for both standard products and custom printed cups is 50,000 pieces.
Lead Times #
- Current lead times for paper and plastic products are 4 to 6 weeks. We strive to accommodate your scheduling requirements.
Product Availability #
- Our production capacity is approximately 100 to 120 containers per week, ensuring reliable supply for large-scale orders.
Private Label Program #
- We offer private label options:
- Custom printed outer cartons: MOQ 300 pieces
- Sticker labeling: Sticker size 10 × 10 cm
Country of Origin #
- All products are manufactured in Taiwan.
Eco-Friendly and Biodegradable Products #
- All products are eco-friendly. Plastic scraps are recycled and reused (e.g., egg cartons, cup holders). Paper scraps are sent to recycling vendors for de-lamination and remanufactured into tissues and napkins.
- For biodegradable options, we offer PLA and aqueous-coated products that gradually decompose in water over time.
Competitive Advantages Over Mainland China #
- We provide a one-stop, integrated production process. All products in the same order can be packed into a single container for convenience.
- Our quality is stable and consistent, ensuring minimal variation between shipments.
Special Mold Development #
- We can open special molds. The cost and MOQ depend on the specific product mold required; each quotation is tailored to your needs.
Double-Wall Insulated Cups #
- We offer PP coating, PE coating, and biodegradable coating options for double-wall insulated cups (8oz, 12oz, 16oz, 20oz). Pricing is quoted separately.
Paper Straws #
- Made entirely of paper with no plastic, using food-grade rice-based adhesive.
- Custom printing for outer packaging: MOQ 30,000 units, up to two colors (0.01 TWD per piece per color).
- Straw length can be customized with minimum quantity requirements.
- For straw color customization: MOQ 100,000 pieces, limited to single-color printing.
Local Agents #
- If you cannot import directly, we can recommend local agents to assist you.
Paper Lids and Sealing Quality #
- Our paper lids seal as effectively as plastic lids. Paper straws have been sold to the US and Japan and tested to last at least 4 hours without decomposing or curling.
Recycling Process #
- Plastic cups are crushed and recycled into egg cartons and cup holders.
- Paper scraps are sent to vendors who remove PE coatings and recycle materials into products like tissues and napkins.
Product Modification #
- Modifications, such as adding compartments to fruit plastic containers, are possible for large orders. Fees for mold and machinery modifications will be quoted.
Reusability of Plastic Cups #
- For food safety, single use is recommended.
Use of Recycled Raw Materials #
- Taiwan regulations restrict the use of recycled materials in food packaging, so products are typically disposable. Upon request, we can source certified RPET materials and provide pricing.
Paper Straw Storage and Heat Resistance #
- Paper straws can last up to 4 hours. SGS heat resistance test: 60°C for 1 hour.
Decomposition of Water-Based Coatings and PLA Products #
- Water-based coatings can be recycled with paper and do not require special treatment.
- PLA decomposes in about 180 days under industrial composting conditions (specific temperature and humidity with microbial action).
Paper Lid Coatings #
- Paper lids have water-based coatings for heat and cold resistance.
Ship-Shaped Boxes #
- Ship-shaped boxes do not have coatings.
PET Cup Sealing #
- Use PET sealing film for PET cups, or matching films with the same material properties (e.g., PP cup with PP film).
Sealing Machine Compatibility #
- Cups with 90mm and 95mm diameters can be used on the same sealing machine, but the sealing ring must be changed accordingly.
10oz Double-Wall Coffee Cups #
- Currently under development.
Microwave Use #
- Microwaving is not recommended. It may be safe under certain power and time settings, but is not guaranteed.
Kraft Paper vs. White Cardboard #
- Kraft paper raw materials are more expensive than white cardboard.
